Here’s what you need to know to make your Quest trip a harmonious experience.

You must purchase flights for you and your guest. Flight confirmations are mandatory to sign-up.

Getting flight insurance is HIGHLY recommended. Power is not responsible if you don’t get a spot in Paradise.

Take a moment to make sure your passport is valid for at least six months past your Quest arrival date. Remember renewal times may be delayed, so get it updated ASAP!

NEED TO STAY IN PARADISE A LITTLE LONGER?

Understandable! If you plan on arriving to Cancun early, please use another resort. Don’t spoil all the thrills and surprises Quest has to offer by showing up early! If you need a little help finding another hotel in the Cancun area, reach out to our People Experience Team via a PX Support Ticket in Nitro.

You’re more than welcome to stay at the resort after Quest ends. Please reach out to the Moon Palace Sunrise directly for more details.

GUESTS

Your guest must be a significant other or family member. If you’re not bringing a guest, please select a Power person you’d like to room with when you RSVP. If you don’t choose your own roommate, we’ll pick one for you. Although all Power people are great, we really do suggest choosing your own roomie.
